Mr Dias has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality sector across major event venues and premium hotels. His journey to date has led him through all aspects of hotel operations, including as a Guest Services Manager, Executive Club Lounge Manager with Melbourne Marriot, Front Office Manager with Accor, and in a regional role of Loyalty Ambassador with Accor.

He has also worked as the Rooms Division Manager at the Riley by Crystalbrook in tropical North Queensland and recently as the Acting Hotel Manager with The Sebel Pinnacle Valley.
