Arrival and Check-in at hotel:

• A swab will be taken upon arrival at the airport for those who don't have PCR certificates before.
• The second swab for whom tested +ve will be taken from “Pyramid hospital,” and transportation will be through the travel agency/individual.
• In case the guest's result is positive, the guest will be isolated in the quarantine building and his roommates and family till further PCR test to be –ve.
• All guests' temperature will be taken using a non-contact infra-red thermometer at the hotel entrance and daily at restaurants' entrances.
• Guests running a temperature of more than 37.5 C will be directed to the closest hospital/medical facility.
• Guest luggage will be disinfected and cleaned by the entrance upon arrival.
• Valet service will not be available.
• The social distancing of at least two meters should be maintained all the time.
• Handshaking, hugs, and kisses, etc. are all prohibited.
• All check-in procedures to be done through a QR code in the reception area.
• It's recommended to use your own pen or a single-use pen to fill in any required documents.
• It's recommended to use a credit/debit card rather than cash to settle your payments.
