PARC ASTÉRIX DRESSES UP FOR CHRISTMAS IN GAUL
FROM 18TH DECEMBER TO 2ND JANUARY

Winter is approaching in Gaul and the whole village is getting ready to welcome shows and snowy activities among the 45 attractions and shows at the park. In a grandiose setting, the aisles of the Little Christmas Market will see the comic strip's most famous characters rubbing shoulders with visitors. Four amazing shows will be added, featuring a brand new Gaulish Father Christmas, circus arts, illusions and poetry.

TOUS EN PISTE! SNOWSPORTS AND SENSATIONS ARE ON THE MENU FOR THE GAULS

 After making their way between snow-covered menhirs, Gauls who love exciting winter sports can explore the world of Tous en Piste with 4 sledging runs and two ice rinks: one for children (150m²) and one for adults (400m²). Something for the whole family to enjoy in a covered and sheltered space that immerses visitors into a brand new setting inspired by Santa's toy factory. 

THE POMP OF THE GREAT FEASTS OF GAUL BROUGHT TO LIFE AT THE LITTLE CHRISTMAS MARKET  

With the scent of gingerbread in the air, the park's legendary characters will take care of the entertainment dressed in festive costumes, accompanied by the new Gaulish Father Christmas. Don't be surprised to see them wandering through the aisles of the Little Christmas Market, lined with Christmas trees decorated with baubles and lights. Gourmet delights and quirky gifts will be on sale to visitors accompanied by a soundtrack of traditional Christmas carols.    

IN THE ARENA, ON THE LAKE, IN THE THEATRE OR ON THE ICE: SHOWS IN ALL FOUR CORNERS OF THE PARK   

Lasting from 15 to 25 minutes, these themed shows will feature acrobats, dancers and magicians in a variety of settings, all inviting you to take a journey and be amazed.

• Who has it in for Santa? An exclusive Christmas show on ice that takes place in the heart of Santa's toy factory at the Mona Lisa Theatre.
• What a Circus! Acrobats and dancers transport visitors into the world of the circus. A spectacular show awaits in the arena that is sure to amaze young and old alike.
• Chronos; Magic and Illusion: a show that blends magic and grand illusions. A breathtaking journey through time at the Panoramix Theatre.
• The lsland of Wishes: a spectacular and evocative nocturnal show on the lake will round off the day for visitors, with illuminations, fireworks and pyrotechnic effects.

A UNIQUE STAY AT ONE OF THE PARK'S 3 HOTELS
Thanks to its 3 hotels, Parc Asterix offers visitors a truly immersive stay. After a day full of excitement and sensations, the adventure continues at a themed hotel complex of 450 rooms, located in the heart of the Oise - Pays de France Regional Nature Park.
 
Les Quais de Lutèce hôtel 4* is made up of several majestic period buildings that are built around the River Seine. Voted best themed hotel in the world in 2020, it has already attracted more than 100,000 visitors since its opening (capacity 150 rooms).

La Cité Suspendue hôtel 3* is lost in a leafy forest setting, inspired by a forgotten Celtic city, a haven of peace made up of 3 hamlets: the village of potters, the village of artists and the village of druids. (Capacity 150 rooms)

Les Trois Hiboux hôtel 3* offers a unique stay at the heart of the forest in an authentic and warm ambiance. It features a majestic fireplace that will warm visitors up after a day in the park.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S EVE FESTIVITIES IN GAUL
For Christmas in Gaul, the 3 hotels at Parc Asterix will be offering visitors a unique yuletide experience complete with festive buffet and seasonal entertainment to celebrate Christmas and the New Year. For this special occasion, the Gauls will don their very best attire and serve guests until 2am in a celebratory atmosphere. 

SANITARY MEASURES REMAIN IN PLACE
Parc Asterix is maintaining its sanitary measures to guarantee the safety of visitors and employees. Wearing a mask is compulsory from the age of 11 throughout the park and hotels. Cleaning procedures have been stepped up to ensure that cleanliness and sanitary safety standards are respected. 900 hand sanitizer dispensers are available throughout the park and the hotels.
