New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel, the iconic five-star landmark located on the Victoria Harbour waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui East, is gearing up for Christmas and the New Year with a range of enticing cuisines and festivities to celebrate the season with guests.

Extravagant Festive Buffets at Café East

The Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner buffet presents over 100 delicacies, including unlimited servings of seafood on ice, such as Boston Lobsters, Crabs, Shrimps and Mussels, as well as Christmas must-indulge Roast Turkey. Other dishes include Duck Foie Gras Mousse; Grilled Hokkaido Scallop with Ikura; Japanese Caviar and Potato Salad; Roast Barbecued Baby Back Pork Rib; Teppanyaki French Foie Gras; Teppanyaki Wagyu Sirloin; and Baked Boston Lobster with Cheese and Mushroom Sauce.

Asian hot dishes are prepared with premium ingredients including Chicken Soup with Abalone, Sea Maw and Fresh Ginseng; Braised Abalone with Duck Feet and Black Mushrooms; Sautéed Hokkaido Oyster; Prawn Masala with Naan Bread; and Tiger Prawn Tempura.

Dessert indulgences include Yule Log Cake, Christmas Pudding, Stollen, freshly baked Crème Caramel, assorted Macarons, various flavours of Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream plus treats from a live dessert station and kids' counter.

Santa Claus appears at the dinner buffet on 24 December, as well as lunch, afternoon tea and dinner buffets on 25 and 26 December, to hand out children's goodies.  During dinner period on 31 December, child patrons receive a small gift to usher in the New Year with a smile.

Advance reservation is required for all festive dining excluding Boxing Day, New Year's Eve lunch and New Year's Day. The first 50 early bird guests to reserve Christmas Eve lunch and dinner buffet, Christmas Day lunch, afternoon tea and dinner buffet, and New Year's Eve dinner buffet, with full prepayment on or before 15 December 2021, enjoy a 15 percent discount.

Festive Set Dinner at La Table French Brasserie

On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, La Table French Brasserie serves up festive feasts, along with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut NV Champagne per guest, in its modern, relaxed setting. 

The five-course Christmas Eve Set Dinner features Hamachi Ceviche with Caviar, Champagne Jelly and Green Apple; Butternut Squash Soup with Lobster Ravioli; Slow-Cooked Turkey Ballotine with Cranberry Sauce; Grilled Australian M5 Wagyu Striploin with Parsnip Purée and Perigueux Sauce. Traditional Christmas Pudding is crafted with a modern twist, serving as the finale to the festive meal.

The New Year's Eve five-course menu features Red Prawn Ceviche with Caviar and Green Apple Pearl; Pan-Fried Duck Liver with Coconut Corn Velouté; Pan-Seared Venison Loin with Girole Mushrooms, Asparagus and Natural Jus; Sous Vide Kobe Striploin with Heirloom Beet Purée and Morel Beef Jus; and a New Year's Eve special dessert.

Traditional Japanese Celebration at Sagano

Diners enjoy a seven-course Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve kaiseki set dinner at Sagano prepared by Japanese Chef Noka Masahiko. Highlights include Zuwai Crabmeat with Sea Urchin, Salmon Roe and Vinegar Jelly, and seasonal sashimi including Fatty Tuna, Flounder, Striped Jack and Botan shrimp, as well as authentic Japanese specialities such as Wagyu Shabu-Shabu, Grilled Rose Sea Bass and Silver Cod Roe with Teriyaki Sauce, Abalone Tempura, and Slightly-Grilled Sea Eel and Alfonsino Sushi as well as Red Miso Soup, complemented with Greenhouse Melon, Strawberries and White Wine Jelly. A complimentary glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut NV Champagne is served to every patron to celebrate the holidays.

As a Japanese restaurant with an emphasis on authenticity, Sagano follows Japanese New Year tradition so guests can celebrate the occasion in true Japanese style.  A range of authentic Japanese New Year dishes is served on the first day of new year at the festive Osechi Set Lunch and Osechi Set Dinner.

Festive Dinner and Cocktails at Residence Lounge & Bar

On Christmas Eve, Residence Lounge & Bar offers a four-course set dinner for diners to celebrate the season against the backdrop of stunning Victoria Harbour views. Guests are welcomed with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut NV Champagne, then they can look forward to Lobster Ravioli with Butternut Squash Soup, Slow-Cooked Turkey Ballotine with Cranberry Sauce, Grilled Australian M5 Wagyu Striploin with Perigueux Sauce and festive Christmas Pudding. The set dinner is priced at HKD888 per person.

Patrons are also invited to join the countdown on New Year's Eve to usher in the New Year with fun and laughter, with a minimum charge of HKD398 per person after 9 p.m.

Chinese Fare at Tao Li

Chinese restaurant Tao Li presents a festive dinner set menu during Christmas and on New Year's Eve for diners who love authentic Cantonese delicacies.  Dishes include Braised Bird's Nest with Diced Seafood and Minced Jinhua Ham, Stewed Whole Six Heads South African Abalone with Duck Feet and Oyster Sauce, Sautéed Boston Lobster with Crispy Rice and Seafood Broth, and Roast Baby Pigeon with Deep-Fried Sole Fillet and Broccoli. The dinner menu is served on the nights of 24, 25, 26 and 31 December 2021 at HKD2,088 for two persons.
