The Ancient Bath Experience:  

The space is lit by candlelight, complementing the darkness of the original brick work and the vibrant aquamarine hue of the thermal pools. AIRE creates a sensory journey to guide guests away from all distractions through a selection of thermal baths at varying temperatures.  

Centred on the element of water, guests are invited to enjoy the sensations created as a result of the contrast of temperature, as they move from the warmth of the Caldarium (40º), to the coolest pool, Frigidarium (14º and 10º). The Vaporium (Steam Bath) and Bath of a Thousand Jets (Balneum) are designed to soothe the mind whilst the varying water pressure provides an indulgent experience for the body. Give the gift of tranquillity and let loved ones experience the Flotarium for themselves. The warm Salt Bath has been designed to replicate the density of the Dead Sea and provides a place to float and feel serene.

Guests can indulge in a full body massage with exquisite almond oil and a tour at leisure through the Ancient Bath circuit situated in a beautifully restored neo-classical building on Robert Street, illumed by candlelight. With each bath oscillating between pure silence, and soothing music that can be heard beneath the water, this is a unique experience in which to unwind. Guests can explore the baths at different temperatures (hot, cold, warm, ice) in a unique atmosphere and recline on warm marble stones post massage whilst enjoying the special selection of AIRE tea.

The Holistic Scrub & 30' Massage 

Guests can relax into a state of inner peace with the AIRE Ancient Baths Holistic Ritual. This remarkable experience has been created to calm the mind whilst holistically pampering the body and hydrating the skin. Guests will feel their energy renew as they experience a 15-minute full body exfoliation and delicate 30-minute hydrating massage using a green tea massage oil whilst their hair is nourished by a hydrating honey mask.

The Himalayan Salt Ritual  

Rejuvenate the body with the Himalayan Salt Ritual. The three-hour signature experience blends a circuit of the Ancient Baths with a body wrap and a relaxing 60-minute full body massage with hot Himalayan salt stones. As well as exfoliating the body, the pink salt used in this experience has been specially selected for its detoxifying, energising and stress-relieving properties. Created in the remote Himalayan mountains, the pure pink salt contains fine crystals which are rich in essential minerals, that help to cleanse mind and body. Guests can discover the purifying effects of the Himalayan Salt Ritual as balance and energy levels are restored.

Couples Specials:   

Couples Wine Bath Experience 

Designed as an exclusive treatment for AIRE Ancient Baths, the Couples Wine Bath Experience is an unforgettable treatment where guests are submerged together in an antioxidant rich formulation made of tempranillo grapes from Ribera del Duero region, exclusively for AIRE. The three-hour experience includes the private 30-minute immersion into red wine in a 17th Century Venetian Well bath, unique to London, as well as a craniofacial massage. After being submerged in the wine bath, couples can sooth their body in a 60-minute full body massage with grape seed oil, transporting the mind to a deep state of relaxation.

Couples Argan Massage 

Couples can indulge in a 180-minute sensory experience for two, centred on lavish argan oil. The experience includes a 75-minute full body moisturising and regenerative massage in which to fully unwind.
