Hilton Brisbane Announces Dario Fiorino as New Executive Chef

BRISBANE, Australia –  Hilton Brisbane is pleased to announce the appointment of Dario Fiorino as Executive Chef. He will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's culinary team including Vintaged Bar + Grill, an extensive banquet operation and in-room dining.

A native of Milan in Italy, Dario began his career as an apprentice at the age of 15. His culinary journey took him to the Netherlands where he joined the renowned Hilton Amsterdam as a Chef de Partie at the highly awarded Roberto's Restaurant. Moving to Australia in 2010, he joined Hilton Brisbane where he opened the popular Vintaged Bar + Grill as Chef de Cuisine. During his time as Chef de Cuisine of Vintaged Bar + Grill, the restaurant was awarded a prestigious chef's hat three years in a row. Dario continued to develop his career with Hilton Brisbane when he became Executive Sous Chef.

During this time he was responsible for the hotel's thriving banquet operation, providing catering for events of up to 800 people.

Vintaged Grill is currently open for dinner Friday and Saturday evenings from 6pm. Reservations are essential.
