To qualify for our prize draw, you will need to apply for a slot at the open day, be invited to attend and then complete a successful interview with one of our friendly team.  A successful interview means you complete the initial screening interview with one of our team.  To do this, you MUST have experience of working in the hospitality industry and /or be a talented chef/manager.  Please do not attend if you do not have any experience of working in the hospitality industry.

Upon completion of a successful first interview, you will then be invited to meet with one of our senior managers on the same day and if this goes well, be invited to come and visit us in Jersey for a further, final interview.
