HF HOLIDAYS LAUNCHES BRAND NEW UK & OVERSEAS GROUPS GUIDE

Leading walking & special interest holiday tour operator HF Holidays has launched an essential Group Organiser's Guide offering a fantastic range of benefits and services specifically designed for anyone who is organising a short break or longer holiday, on behalf of 8 or more adults (10 or more for UK holidays at our country houses).

The 2022 Guide features everything organisers need to know about arranging group travel, making it easy for absolutely anyone to do. HF Holidays has a dedicated Groups Team who are on hand to help Group Organisers every step of the way! The Groups Team deliver personalised customer service and can help with bespoke special touches and extras for group holidays to make their stay and holiday experience, both memorable and within budget.

Choose from a fantastic collection of guided walking options with HF Holidays range of different types of walking, specifically designed for all levels and abilities and to suit Group guests tailored programme and enjoyment.  Additional to Signature Guided Walking, the many options include Gentle Guided walking, Guided walking with Sightseeing, Guided Trails and Island Hopping and Festive as well as, the flexible Self-Guided option, offering Groups complete freedom to use their own routes and Leaders.  Their Special Interest holidays include some wonderful experiences and tours such as Heritage Tours, Art & Crafts and Book Clubs, Dancing, Singing & Music, Mind & Body and even Bridge!

Group Benefits

Groups travelling with HF Holidays enjoy a range of benefits including priority booking - Groups can book before holidays go on general sale with advanced registration; to be able to secure their preferred travel dates. Preferential rates for sole occupancy rooms, 1 free place in every 15 adults and exclusive occupancy of all HF Holidays country houses (minimum numbers apply). To make organising easier, HF Holidays offer low deposits, group transfers and support in pre-booking additional social activities, as well as, full and half board meal options, quality accommodation (often 4 star) and the services of HF Holidays Walking or Activity Leaders.  Groups can hold an option on their chosen UK and European holiday for a period of time before the deposit payment is due, giving the Group Organiser time to finalise numbers and collect deposits.

Group Organiser's Benefits

Group Organisers are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will provide friendly and professional support and advice.  They provide guidance, knowledge and expertise to ensure everyone in the Group is considered and special requirements are taken care of.  Group Organisers receive a free room upgrade and an optional pre-arrival familiarisation visit at discounted prices
