Cairns – Tropical North Queensland's most stylish new bar, Whiskey and Wine, opens at Crystalbrook Flynn, the effervescent social butterfly of the Crystalbrook Collection hotel and resort portfolio. The hotel's third on-premises venue will serve as much glamour as there are drinks on the menu with the good times set to flow from Friday, 4 June.

Set elegantly on the rooftop of the Crystalbrook Flynn hotel, visitors to Whiskey and Wine can let the single-malt sink in as they soak up the chic atmosphere and spectacular views across the Coral Sea and out to the mountains of East Trinity.

“Just steps from the iconic Esplanade boardwalk, Whiskey and Wine will be the trendsetter for nightlife in Cairns, a bubbly and sophisticated space for visitors to unwind from the tropical heat” says Crystalbrook Collection Area General Manager, Joel Gordon.

Sultry summer breezes flow through a tropical art deco inspired interior of high ceilings, palm leaves, and cane furnishings. Brass accents glimmer in the sunset while eclectic beats create the scene bringing an elevated flair to this lush contemporary bar and balcony experience.

As idyllic as the setting, perhaps Whiskey and Wine's greatest claim to fame is the award-winning cocktail makers behind the bar. With creative concoctions and an impressive pedigree of over 80 local and imported whiskeys, drinkers will be left spoilt for choice.

Whiskey and Wine will open its doors Friday, 4 June 2021 and trade every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4pm until late for visitors to relax or see and be seen.
