With Executive Chef Bernd Brademann at the reins, Braddon Merchant has reintroduced its weekday lunch service, providing good, honest food to the locals and professionals of Braddon.
Braddon Merchant has reintroduced its weekday lunch service to the bustling streets of Braddon, following a temporary period of reduced operating hours.
Available Tuesday through Friday from 12pm, the new lunchtime offering provides a carefully curated menu to diners of Canberra's inner-city area; featuring specials like scorched cuttlefish with chilli, parsley and garlic, and casarecce pasta with silverbeet, Bredbo black garlic, egg yolk and shaved Pecorino.
Led by new Executive Chef, Bernd Brademann, who joined the Braddon Merchant team in March following his residency at Boffins of ANU House; the menu focuses on local and seasonal produce and is ideal for midweek gatherings, long lunches, and corporate outings.
Complemented by the newly revamped dinner offering, Braddon Merchant's food philosophy continues to champion local and small-scale suppliers, offering a thoughtful menu of fresh, simple dishes, done exceptionally well.
Bookings for both lunch and dinner at Braddon Merchant are available here, with walk-in diners always welcome.
