“With the weather warming up and lockdown starting to ease, we are experiencing one of the strongest residential property markets for a decade here in the Cotswolds,” says Sam Butler of Butler Sherborn.

“We have seen a 30% uptick in buyers registering with us during January and March versus the same period last year, viewings up 35% last month and 40% of those viewing making offers.
