Palladium Hotel Group is recognised as a Top Employer in all the countries in which it operated in 2020 - Spain, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Brazil - in the official Top Employers 2021 announcement.

This certification endorses the Spanish hotel company's commitment to its staff, which is highlighted through its Human Resources policies, organisational culture and excellent people practices.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the results of its HR Best Practices Survey. This analysis encompasses six areas of HR management, divided into 20 different topics, such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training, learning, well-being and diversity and inclusion, among many others.
