Ray White Cabramatta expands into Austral

With a region full of substantial infrastructural growth,  now coupled with the strength of Australasia's most recognised real estate brand, the duo are set to take the Austral region to new heights, as they have done with their Cabramatta office since opening in 2015.

“Opening our second office in Austral was a  natural next step for us, due to the market penetration we have already had here, and our own local knowledge of the region,” Mrs Dang said.

“Austral is full of opportunity, with lots of house and land development already underway, so we are excited to bring our real estate services to the local community.”

In 2011, Mr and Mrs Dang and their family started a successful boutique family real estate business in the Cabramatta region.

Four years later they decided to partner up and rebrand with a national company. After much consideration of different brands, they decided that Ray White was the way to go.

“We believe that the support and technology offered by Ray White is second to none, and the guidance that the corporate team has given us over the years has been outstanding,” Mrs Dang said.

“While initially we were apprehensive about letting go of our boutique family agency, we decided it was time to make room for something better and we have never looked back.”

Since they opened the Cabramatta office, the team successfully built upon their sales and property management business and grew their team to over 20 people.

The pair are utilising their existing expertise from Cabramatta to make a big impact in their new region of Austral now, with plans to also recruit and develop business even further.

“The Austral region has grown dramatically over the past few years however we anticipate the next couple of years will be bigger than ever before, particularly because of the new airport,” Mrs Dang said.

Austral is located 42 kilometers south-west of the Sydney CBD and is located in the City of Liverpool region. The area is characterised by semi-rural and small acreage lots and is experiencing rapid growth because of its proximity to the Western Sydney International Airport due for competition in 2026.

“House and land packages are extremely popular as well, particularly with the government incentives like the $25,000 first home buyer grant and tax exemptions,” Mr Dang said.

“Austral is a fantastic precinct to be in. It has become a town centre for all the local communities around us and of course is only 10 minutes drive from the new airport.”

Mr and Mrs Dang have lived in Austral for the past eight years, where they have raised their four children.

“It is a wonderful place to raise children, particularly because of the access to many fantastic private and public schools at your fingertips,” Mrs Dang said.

“We know and understand the local market very well, and while it may take a little time to completely launch ourselves in the region, we have done all the groundwork in our Cabra office and are excited to replicate it across to Austral.”

Alongside Julie Dang , a team of three experienced sales agents and one office manager join them. The property management division will be managed out of the one central office in Cabramatta.

Over the next 12 months, the main goal for the team is to increase market share, build a strong rent roll and build their reputation as the go-to for all property needs in the Austral region.

Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch welcomed the expanded team to the network.

“The team at our new Austral office are a natural fit to take the real estate market in this region even further,” Mr McCulloch said.

“We're delighted to have seen their incredible progress with their first office in Cabramatta over the past five years, and look forward to supporting them as they dominate the Austral market as well.”
