Luscious juiciness and well-balanced flavours from high-quality meat assure an exceptional steakhouse experience for diners. Wagyu's menu features a select choice of prime Wagyu beef from the Australian award-winning region 'Darling Downs'. A beech oven grill cooks in-house dry-aged steaks to delectable perfection, and further enhancing the sensory journey diners may choose their knife from a selection of five brands, Laguiole, Opinel, Anarchy, KAI Wasabi and Dalstrong Gladiator.  Mouthwatering snow fish, fresh tuna tartare, delicious lobster bisque is also presented as well as a selection of tasty sides, sweet desserts and cheeses.

Designed by Nao Taniyama, his interiors are a blend of textures and soothing colours culminating in a mix of fundamental metals, seen around the beautiful bar area for example, in contrast with rich fabrics and Indian textured wall features offering an exuberant setting for dinner. The décor emanates a comfortable sumptuousness and sparkling sound quality is delivered by 'Devialet Phantom' music system adding to the sensual atmosphere.  Martin Palleros designed the landscaping and a lush vertical garden wall is featured as a natural backdrop.

Adding to the experience, fine wines may be offered by the glass using 'Coravin' wine preserving technology allowing some of the most prestigious vintages from around the world to be opened and enjoyed. After dinner, the stunning bar is the ideal place to delight in handcrafted classic cocktails, an extensive range of single malts and Cuban cigars may also be enjoyed in the comfy outdoor area.

About Nao Taniyama

In his design practice, he blends both fundamental and interpretative attributes into a powerful mix that appeals evocatively to the modern-day mind. He believes that beauty and strength are two universal qualities that speak to the heart. Other key elements, such as flexibility and grace, are distilled from established cultural frameworks and traditions. His approach does not draw on such Western concepts of style as Classicism or Modernism. Nor does he adhere to traditional Japanese aesthetics. His aim is to inspire with designs that elicit a primal, innate emotional response even as they address the contradictions and tensions of contemporary life.

About Martin Palleros

Martin graduated from the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires (Argentina) with a master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the Florida International University in Miami (USA). He leads the design team to ensure Tierra Design philosophy gets followed in each of the projects that they undertake. His design style and holistic approach between architecture and landscape architecture has received international recognition from clients and his peers. He designed Twinpalms Phuket and Twinpalms MontAzure hotels.
