Grand Lapa, Macau and Grand Coloane Resort management team will officiate an Eye-dotting Ceremony together with 'Bai Sun' at 11am on January 25, the first day of Chinese New Year, at the Hotel Lobby of Grand Lapa, and at 10:30am at the Grand Coloane Resort wishing a prosperous year for all. Cantonese Gastronomies
Lou Hei, is the must-have Chinese New Year gastronomic delight in Cantonese culture, a raw fish salad mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, among other ingredients. This symbolizes good luck for the new year, making it a perfect treat to indulge with your family and friends. From January 3 to 27 guests can enjoy complimentary Lou Hei at Kam Lai Heen Chinese restaurant in Grand Lapa when booking a table of six and above on a la carte dinner menu or family reunion dinner on January 24 to 27. Family Reunion Dinner set is MOP 1,750* for four persons, MOP 2,398 for six persons and MOP 4,498 for twelve persons.
Poon Choi, or the Big Bowl Feast, is another must-have Chinese New Year gastronomic delight in Cantonese culture. This dish symbolizes prosperity and harmony, making it a perfect treat to indulge with your loved ones. During Lunar New Year, the Chinese restaurant, Kwun Hoi Heen in Grand Coloane Resort will offer Prosperity Poon Choi set between January 10 to February 8, priced from MOP 2,388 for six persons.
In addition, both restaurants will offer a range of New Year's Special Set Menus Lunch, a-la-carte dishes and dim sums from January 1 to February 9. Don't miss the chance to experience these Cantonese delicacies during the holiday season.
