Taking advantage of expanded flight routes and exciting new hotel openings, Sovereign Luxury Travel highlights its pick of what's new for 2020.

NEW HOTELS

Domes Zeen Chania: The first bespoke family-friendly hotel in Domes' collection opens in April 2020 on the outskirts of Chania on the Cretan coast. There are just 102 rooms, each with private terraces, and the bespoke children's' club offers cooking classes, painting workshops and a sleepover experience in a tepee.

IKOS Andalusia: Opening in May 2020, this is the first IKOS hotel outside of Greece. The 400-room hotel is on a stretch of beach close to Marbella and offers a spa, children's club, range of water sports and dining options. IKOS also offers a complimentary beach childcare service for children over 4 years old.

Sovereign Luxury Travel is offering a seven-night all-inclusive stay at IKOS Andalusia priced from £1,195 including flights and transfers.

Amara Limassol: Opened at the end of 2019, this new five-star hotel has 207 rooms each with panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The hotel is located a short distance away from the royal ancient kingdom of Amathus, which is ideal for travellers who want to soak up some culture. Featuring a spa, infinity pools and indoor pool, and dining options include a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and NOBU.

Sovereign Luxury Travel is offering a luxury seven-night stay at the Amara Limassol from £1,475 per person, including return flights from London Gatwick with easyJet, transfers and breakfast daily. 

NEW TWIN CENTRES

Rome & Sorrento: Combining the Eternal City with the spectacular Amalfi Coast, this new twin-centre trip uses the high-speed train between Rome and Naples followed by a private transfer round the Bay of Naples to Sorrento. Take in the historic sights and museums of the Italian capital before enjoying Sorrento's scenic coastline and the nearby picturesque towns and villages.

Sovereign Luxury Travel is offering a seven-night holiday staying three nights at the Sina Bernini Bristol in Rome and four nights at the Imperial Tramontano in Sorrento from £1,289 per person including flights from Gatwick with easyJet, transfers and breakfast daily.

Troodos Mountains & Pissouri, Cyprus: Home to excellent vineyards as well as farms making honey, cheese and other regional produce, the Troodos Mountains are the highest mountains on Cyprus. After exploring the interior, spend time relaxing on one of the island's sandy beaches where the water is ideal for snorkelling and sailing.

Sovereign Luxury Travel is offering a seven-night holiday staying two nights at Casale Panayiotis in the mountains and five nights at the Columbia Beach Resort priced from £1199 per person including flights from Gatwick with easyJet, transfers and breakfast daily.

Tenerife & La Gomera: The unspoilt island of La Gomera combines quiet little fishing villages, with lively restaurants, nature trails, mountain hikes and gold sandy beaches, creating a perfect laid-back culture. As the island is relatively unheard of, it receives less British tourists than it's more popular neighbour, Tenerife, but makes for an ideal twin-centre combination for some winter sun.

Sovereign Luxury Travel is offering a ten-night holiday staying five nights at the Hotel Bahia del Duque on Tenerife and five nights at the Hotel Jardin Tecina on La Gomera from £1,399 per person including flights from Gatwick with easyJet, transfers and breakfast daily.

NEW FLIGHT ROUTES

Summer 2020 sees the launch of several new flight routes, particularly to Greece and the islands from a range of regional airports in the UK. Taking advantage of these increased flight options, Sovereign Luxury Travel has new options for luxury Greek holidays.

Jet2 will start flying to the island of Skiathos from Birmingham, Manchester and Stanstead from May 2020.

As part of an overall increase in flight routes, Tui is increasing its network across Greece, with every third flight heading to either Kos, Crete, Rhodes or Corfu next summer.
