Park Hyatt Melbourne is delighted to announce the appointment of Connor Min to the position of Chef de Cuisine – radii restaurant & bar.
A native Korean, Connor started his career in Seoul and now calls Melbourne home. Connor has worked across Australia in notable chef hatted restaurants in Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra & Melbourne taking his inspiration from renowned culinary stalwarts such as Thomas Keller, David Chang and Paolo Milanesi. Connor's most recent position was Head Chef at Hotel Lindrum Melbourne.
With a partiality towards cooking with a wood fired oven, Connor has recently introduced a new menu at radii restaurant using the freshest, locally sourced produce from around Victoria. Upholding Hyatt's food philosophy of Food. Thoughtfully sourced, Carefully served, the menu offering has South East Asian and Middle Eastern influences which can be enjoyed to share or a la carte style.
Chef Connor in his spare time also likes to experiment with fermentation whether it is making sourdough bread, apple cider vinegar, kombucha, kefir or sauerkraut. The team at Park Hyatt Melbourne are looking forward to this exciting new chapter with Connor.
