Carrie Hutchinson has been appointed the new head of content at Grin Creative, replacing Anna Kantilaftas, who joined the company in 2017. Carrie, who was previously the editor of get lost magazine, will oversee the talented editorial team at Grin Creative as the publishing business continues to expand its operations. She'll also edit get lost.

As well as being the publisher of get lost, Grin Creative produces Luxury Escapes magazine and Avalon Inbound | Outbound (the official magazine of Avalon Airport). The company also provides design and content solutions for a variety of businesses and organisations, including Bench Africa, Melbourne Zoos Victoria, Mercy Health, Australian Made, City of Melbourne and the Jewish Holocaust Centre. Combining the publishing, content and design sides of the business, Grin Creative has created mini magazines to support the campaigns of a number of tourism bodies, including Switzerland Tourism, South African Tourism, Tourism Malaysia and ASEAN.

“It's a very exciting time for us at Grin Creative,” says company founder and director, Justin Jamieson. “After the successful launch of Avalon Inbound | Outbound, we've been contracted to produce another four issues over the coming 12 months, plus we have a multitude of other exciting projects ready to launch.

“Carrie has a lot of experience in the industry – she's edited both consumer and custom magazines and has written for publications all over the world. She brings knowledge, skills and contacts built up over many years to Grin and will be a valuable addition to the team – again.”
