
easyJet Holidays today announced that it has created a Board of Directors to drive the future vision, strategy, and operation of the business.
The new team is made up of a combination of key easyJet individuals who bring with them extensive business and brand knowledge, along with newly appointed and experienced travel industry professionals.
Joining the board are Alex Loftus - Commercial Director, Fiona Jennings - Communications Director, James Hardy - Digital Director, easyJet Holidays and easyJet, Paul Curtis - Interim Technology Lead, Michelle Heywood - Finance Director, and Paul Bixby - Strategy and Sourcing Director (joining July).
Rebecca Mills - Legal Director, and Mary Newcombe - Marketing Director join the board from easyJet. Rebecca, Mary and James' remits will extend across both easyJet and easyJet Holidays.
A Customer Director role is currently being recruited.

Mandy Round, current General Manager of easyJet Holidays has decided to leave the business to pursue other professional opportunities.

Details of the Board:
Alex Loftus, Commercial Director. Alex has a strong commercial background with extensive experience in strategic planning, pricing, trading and product management. He previously worked at TUI for nearly 20 years in a variety of senior, international commercial roles in the UK, Russia and France.
James Hardy, Digital Director. James has worked in a number of digital and ecommerce roles within the travel industry and was most recently at Jet2 where he held the position of Head of Ecommerce for five years. James will lead the digital divisions of both easyJet Holidays and easyJet.
Fiona Jennings, Communications Director. Fiona has a wide range of experience working both in-house and agency side in a number of industries including travel, retail and ecommerce. She has worked with clients including amazon.co.uk and Tesco.com and previously held senior positions at ebay UK, TUI and Comet.
Paul Curtis, Interim Technology Lead. Paul founded Unomee 10 years ago to deliver technical solutions for the travel and tourism sector having previously been Head of Software Delivery for easyJet back in 2008. He has worked with a number of airline and holiday companies including well-known brands such as Jet2 Holidays, Bourne Leisure, Qantas, Virgin Holidays and Etihad Airways.
Paul Bixby, Strategy and Sourcing Director will join the board in July. Paul brings with him over 20 years of experience in the travel industry working in a number of senior finance and commercial roles at TUI. He was most recently Director of Group Product & Purchasing, managing the company's strategic global hotel partnerships.
Michelle Heywood, Finance Director. Michelle has a wealth of travel industry experience and has worked at easyJet for seven years where she led the operations finance function reporting to the COO. Prior to joining easyJet, Michelle held positions at a number of holiday brands including First Choice, Thomson and TUI and started her career at Centrica.
Mary Newcombe, Marketing Director. Mary is the Marketing Director for easyJet and her remit will expand to include easyJet Holidays. Mary previously worked in a series of senior brand roles within the Volkswagen Group, including Head of Marketing for Skoda and Group Head of Contact Strategy.
Rebecca Mills, Legal Director. Rebecca will expand her responsibilities and join the Board of easyJet Holidays while maintaining her current role of Group Head of Legal. Rebecca has been with easyJet for over eight years and started her career at Herbert Smith Freehills, working as an IP, commercial and litigation lawyer for a number of years before pursuing a career in-house.
