Truffle lovers are in for a treat at InterContinental Hong Kong's 1-Michelin star Rech by Alain Ducasse with a special Winter Black Truffle Menu, showcasing one of the world's most expensive edible mushrooms from January 2 – February 28, 2019.
For the 5-couse Black Truffle menu, Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina has selected exquisite seasonal products including blue lobster from France, grilled sea scallops from Scotland and beef fillet from Australia, which match perfectly with the black winter truffle he has sourced from Provence.
As a special treat, guests ordering the 5-course menu, with Chef Stephane's truffle dishes, will also be served a whole truffle with an additional 15 grams of black truffle per person, served tableside.
The Black Truffle Menu includes:
- Foie gras and truffle ravioli, double chicken broth
- Grilled sea scallops, salsify-chestnut-truffle
- Surf and Turf: Beef fillet and blue lobster, Perigueux sauce
- Black truffle camembert
- Chocolate truffle (with chocolate from Alain Ducasse's Manufacture in Paris)
HK$1,788 per person (inclusive of an additional 15 grams of Back Truffle served tableside)
Wine Pairing: an additional HK$688 per person

The Black Truffle Menu is available at Rech by Alain Ducasse from January 2 – February 28 (excluding the Chinese New Year Fireworks Night on February 5 and Valentine's Day on February 14).
