Busabout, the award-winning flexible travel expert, has launched its Asia 2019/20 brochure which features a selection of exciting new trips and bucket list experiences.
With a maximum group size of 28, Busabout's Asia trips cater to all different tastes and budgets. Additionally, travelers who can't decide on just one trip have the opportunity to experience all of them via the Unlimited Asia Pass, which was introduced in 2018 and continues into 2019.
In order to give travelers more options for exploring Southeast Asia, Busabout is adding more trips, more transit choices and more cultural immersion opportunities than ever in 2019. Following the success of its Hop-on Hop-off coach network in Europe, the company has been gradually implementing a Hop-on Hop-off service in Asia over the past four years. And Busabout is now working with more local Busabout Guides than ever before, in an effort to offer travelers a deeper cultural experience and more local encounters. These dedicated guides bring with them a wealth of knowledge and insights, and a great understanding of what travelers want from a Busabout vacation.
New trips
The new three-day Bangkok to Kwai Adventure is the perfect guided mini-break which independent travelers can incorporate into their existing plans, or combine with another Busabout trip (such as the seven-day Thailand Adventure ). Starting and ending in Bangkok, guests will travel via private van and river boat with a local Busabout Guide to popular attractions surrounding the city that are not so easy to navigate alone in a short time frame. This includes sites like the Damnoen Suduak Floating Market, the Meklong Train Market (where a train moves through the center of the market 11 times a day), the beautiful River Kwai, where passengers enjoy an overnight stay on a floating river hotel, and Ayutthaya Archaeological Park. Priced from $549 per person; departures begin in November 2019.
Also starting in Bangkok, the new 17-day Ultimate Southern Thailand Adventure includes the local attractions and markets visited in the Bangkok to Kwai Adventure, then continues south to the jaw-dropping jungles of the Khao Sok National Park. Travelers splash, dance, and munch their way through the idyllic islands of Phuket, Krabi, Koh Lanta, and Koh Phi Phi on this amazing three-week adventure. Priced from $1,999 per person; departures begin in November 2019.
New unmissable experiences
For the first time in 2019, Busabout guests will be able to visit Vietnam's latest Instagram hotspot, the Golden Hand Bridge in the Ba Na Hills. This pedestrian walkway has been attracting tourists from all over the world since it opened last summer, and it has a starring role on the front cover of the Busabout Asia 2019/20 brochure. For all guests traveling through Northern Vietnam with Busabout, entry to the bridge and a return gondola ride are included in the price of their trip.
For many young travelers, a full moon party in Thailand is the ultimate bucket list holiday experience. Alongside Busabout's existing Thai Islands Flexi Moon Party trip (in which passengers organize their own accommodation) the company now offers the Thai Islands Moon Party, which includes seven nights accommodation. Visiting Koh Samui, Phuket, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Lanta, and Ao Nang (Krabi), the itinerary includes accommodation at the brand new Lubd beachfront resort on Koh Samui, among others, taking the stress out of securing a place to stay on these party islands. Priced from $849 per person; first departure is December 20, 2018.
