Perched at the edge of Victoria Harbour, Harbourside restaurant is acclaimed for its elaborate international buffets. On October 1st, our Harbourside Chef Nicholas Chan and his team are preparing a special dinner buffet with a tempting array of cold fresh seafood, action stations featuring fresh sushi and sashimi, plus a carving station.
Special items on the National Day Fireworks Dinner Buffer include Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Glass Noodles, Abalone and Steamed Egg White, Seafood Soup with Bird's Nest, Traditional Steamed Garoupa with Cordyceps Flowers and Pork, King Crab Thermidor, Baked Mornay Oysters, Kagoshima Beef, Pan-seared Duck Foie Gras, Tamahouk Beef Ribs and Honey-glazed Gammon Ham with Pineapple.

If you're a beef lover, enjoy a hearty Fireworks Dinner at our popular STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill. Chef Chiu Ming Chan is preparing a 3-course menu includes the Festive Salad Bar with French Duck Foie Gras Terrine, Parma Ham, Smoked Scottish Salmon and Salami.
For the main course, select from U.S Tenderloin (6 oz), Striploin (10 oz), Ribeye (12 oz) or Chilean Sea Bass (10 oz).
Feel extra hungry? Beef lovers can add an additional HK$188 for an 8 oz U.S Tenderloin, an additional HK$288 for a 14 oz. U.S. Striploin or an additional HK$288 for a 16 oz U.S. Rib Eye.
For the “best of the best” beef , upgrade your beef selection to Japanese A5 Hida Wagyu Striploin (12 oz) for an additional HK$1,888; the Australian Grade 9 Wagyu Rib Eye (12 oz) for an additional HK$1,280 or the U.S Prime Long Bone-In Rib Eye (28 oz) for an additional HK$888.

Yan Toh Heen
The 2-Michelin star Yan Toh Heen, newly relocated to a stunning new harbourview venue within the hotel, is recognised for its exquisite Cantonese cuisine. On October 1st, Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai is preparing an 8-course set menu beginning with Barbecued Suckling Pig with Shredded Chicken and Jelly Fish with Ginger and Spring Onion. This is followed by Braised Imperial Bird's Nest Soup with Fish Maw and Bamboo Piths, and then Braised Lobster and Steamed Egg White with Crabmeat Roe. Next is Stewed Sea Cucumber with Spring Onions in Chicken Broth, followed by Wok-fried Kagoshima Wagyu Beef with Matsutake Mushrooms. Next comes Wok-seared Chilean Sea Bass with Yuzu Sauce, followed by Fried Rice with Whole Abalone and Chicken. For dessert, Baked Pudding with Hazelnuts and Sago.

Rech by Alain Ducasse
The 1-Michelin star Rech by Alain Ducasse showcases the best seasonal fish, shellfish and oysters with the Chef's personal interpretation and contemporary French cuisine. It is the first international outpost of Rech, which was founded in Paris in 1925 and reborn by world acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse in 2007.
On October 1st, Rech Executive Chef Stephane Gortina is preparing a 6-course menu starting with Gillardeau n°2 / Fines de Claire de Marennes Oléron n°3 Oysters. Next is Squid, cuttlefish and octopus, saffron broth, followed by Langoustine from Brittany 'Bellevue'. This is followed by Line-caught sea bass, shellfish-samphire. Then, our famous Camembert, walnut-chive and for dessert, Hazelnut.
6-course dinner (6:00pm-11:00pm):

NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong
NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong showcases the Innovative new-style Japanese cuisine by internationally acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
NOBU's Executive Chef Sean Mell and Executive Sushi Chef Kazunari Araki are planning a special 8-course Omakase for October 1st evening. Indulge in Aburi Tachiuo & Ankimo with Ume Ponzu, followed by New Style Ise Ebi & Uni Sashimi, Sanma Sashimi with Sudashi Kaki Dressing and Toro & Matsutake Roll with Wasabi Salsa. Next is a Deluxe Sushi Assortment followed by King Crab Karaage with Spicy Soy Mirin. This is followed by Salt-baked Dover Sole Fillet with Shiso Salsa and then A5 Japanese Wagyu with Yuzu Rosemary Miso. After Clear Soup, indulge in a dessert of Yuzu Mille-Feuille with Oolong Ice Cream and Yuzu Caramel.

The Lobby Lounge, with its unique location on the edge of Victoria Harbour provides a panoramic bird's eye view of the October 1st Fireworks Display. Enjoy signature “#852Tails of Hong Kong” and “tappetisers” or a light bite from all-day menu. From 9:00pm onwards, listen to French multi-instrumentalist Antoine Richard with the Gypsy Jazz Trio.
