Neilson, the award-winning active holiday specialist, has announced it will be growing its Mountain Collection portfolio by a further 20% for winter 2018/19 with the addition of four new properties including a flagship hotel and two chalets in Les Menuires, France plus a chalet hotel in Arinsal, Andorra.
New in Les Menuires, France
Located in the world-renowned Three Valleys ski area, Neilson Hotel Le Menuire & Spa offers easy access to 600km of skiable terrain. Combine snow-sure skiing with a luxurious place to stay, impressive adventure pool and spa and Neilson-run children's clubs with far-reaching views of the Three Valley's peaks, it's easy to see why this 41-room hotel is set to become the company's finest hotel.
Spend a week at Neilson Hotel Le Menuire & Spa from £1025pp, including flights, transfers, seven nights accommodation on a half board basis and the inclusive Neilson Mountain Experts guiding and coaching service.
The ski-in, ski-out convenience of Neilson Chalet Sapinière I and Neilson Chalet Sapinière II, situated in a slopeside hamlet just above La Croisette in Les Menuires, will make these chalets the perfect choice for small groups of keen skiers and snowboarders. They're homely apart-chalets which each sleep up to nine guests and offer a comfortable place to stay, dramatic views, home cooked meals, free-flowing wine with dinner and access to a small shared spa area.
Ski the Three Valleys from Neilson Chalet Sapinière from £729pp, including flights, transfers, seven nights accommodation on a chalet board basis (daily breakfast and afternoon tea plus six evening meals with wine) plus the Neilson Mountain Experts guiding and coaching service.
New in Arinsal, Andorra
The Neilson Chalet Hotel Micolau is a welcome addition to the Neilson Mountain Collection. It's ideally located in the small but perfectly formed resort of Arinsal – a destination highly recommended for beginners and families with plenty of nursery slopes and a superb English-speaking ski school.
The Micolau itself is centrally located in one of the resort's oldest buildings but local stone and solid wooden beams are accentuated by brightly coloured interiors and contemporary furnishings. A small bar, daily afternoon tea and freshly prepared evening meals with complimentary wine make this a great place to catch up with friends and family after a day on the slopes.
Stay at Neilson Chalet Micolau from £515pp including flights, transfers, seven nights accommodation on a chalet board basis (daily breakfast and afternoon tea plus six evening meals with wine) plus the Neilson Mountain Experts guiding and coaching service.
David Taylor, Managing Director, said:
“Neilson celebrates its 40th anniversary this year and 2018 is set to be one of our best yet. We've spent the last few years fine-tuning the Neilson-run Mountain Collection service and its continued growth is testament to the positive feedback we're receiving from our guests. Coupled with our exclusive Mountain Experts guiding and coaching service, we're confident we're onto a winning formula which ensures guests are getting the most out of their wintersports holiday – both on and off the mountain.”
