With cherry blossoms, moss pinks, azaleas, and wisteria in full bloom, Japan hosts an array of flower parks. Many of these flower parks have easy access using the Tobu Railway with a half-day trip from Tokyo.

Ashikaga Flower Park (Full bloom: late April to May)
Ashikaga Flower Park, located in Tochigi Prefecture, is recognised as the world's most beautiful wisteria and moss pink flower park. The park holds more than 350 wisteria trees and more than 5,000 azalea shrubs, producing a flower tunnel. The park is approximately a 30-minute bus ride away from Ashikagashi station on the Tobu Isesaki Line.

Satte Gongendo Sakura Tsutsumi (Full bloom : Late March to April)
When it comes to cherry blossoms, Satte Gongendo Sakura Tsutsumi offers the best cherry blossom viewing spot in Kanto region, with more than 1,000 cherry blossom trees lined up over 1 km long. The surrounding area also contains fields of rapeseed blossoms, creating a dramatic contrast between pink and yellow. From sundown to 10 pm, lines of cherry blossoms and the Sotonobashi bridge are illuminated, and numerous festival stalls attract many customers.
