This Easter, guests of Maldivian island idyll, Amilla Fushi, are invited to embrace renewal on an exclusive, enriching retreat experience with wellness guru James Duigan. From 28 March – 8 April, the celebrated founder of global healthy living phenomenon Bodyism will be on-island to personally guide guests through individually tailored one-, three- and five-day wellness journeys focused on the four pillars of health: Movement, Nutrition, Sleep and Mindset.
As part of the global network of Bodyism wellness hubs, Amilla's Javvu Spa offers signature personal training, classes and sessions to help guests transform their bodies and feel amazing. Bodyism personal training programmes are founded on the belief that movement is medicine, adopting an innovative, holistic approach and incorporating a wide spectrum of techniques focused on alignment, posture, intelligent weight training, functional movement, yoga, stretching and Pilates.
Each bespoke Bodyism programme at Amilla includes a personal 'Body Oracle' consultation; delicious, unprocessed, ingredient-led cuisine inspired by Bodyism's Clean and Lean philosophy at Amilla's serene Bodyism Café at Javvu Spa; and - exclusively this Easter - one-on-one training with James himself.
In 2006 Bodyism founder James Duigan made it his mission to transform people's lives by empowering them to realise their physical and mental potential, so they can experience a happier and healthier life. While building a glittering celebrity client list as a highly sought-after personal trainer, James began to focus on listening to his clients' bodies, so they could improve their range of movement and posture, and enjoy injury-free movement for years to come – and the Bodyism concept was born. Later, after realising that many of his clients struggled to find time to eat well, James and his wife and business partner Christiane devised the Clean and Lean philosophy, encouraging people to nourish their bodies from the inside out through mindful eating, regular exercise and healthy long-term lifestyle decisions.
Amilla's exclusive Easter Bodyism experiences start from US$250 for a one-on-one session with James Duigan; US$359 for a one-day programme; US$977 for a three-day programme; or USS$1,495 for a five-day programme. Prices are exclusive of accommodation, tax or service.
Carrier (0161 492 1358, www.carrier.co.uk) offers seven-night Easter holidays at Amilla Fushi from £6,085 per person - saving up to £2,515 per person. Price includes Ocean Reef House accommodation based on two adults sharing, complimentary half board, return flights with Emirates from London Gatwick and shared seaplane transfers. Price based on departure 31 March 2018 and does not include Bodyism experiences.
***Easter retreats led by Bodyism founder James Duigan are currently scheduled for 28 March – 8 April 2018, subject to strictly limited availability***
