Awarded 1-Michelin star by the 2018 Michelin Guide, Rech by Alain Ducasse showcases the freshest fish and oysters direct from France. If you love fresh seafood, you’ll adore Rech. With its spectacular harbourviews, Rech is the ideal venue for a romantic Valentine’s Dinner which is sure to impress.
Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina has created a 6-course Valentine’s Day menu priced at HK$2,988 for 2 persons, with wine-pairing for an additional HK$588 per person. The menu includes Gratinated oysters with Champagne, followed by a Cookpot of artichokes and black truffle. Next is a Sealed cocotte of Brittany lobster and lumaconi pasta.The next course is “Brin d’amour“ cheese, followed by Mango and passion fruit composition. For dessert,”Mr and Mrs Rech”, the restaurant’s signature desserts.

NOBU InterContinental will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special Omakase Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu. As per Nobu Matsuhisa, “I always put something special in my food – my heart or “kokoro” as we call it in Japanese.” NOBU Executive Chef Sean Mell will present a special 8-course Valentine’s menu at HK$3,288 for 2 persons.
The menu features Botan Ebi & Tairagai Sashimi Caviar, Champagne Jelly, Shiso Tomato Dressing, followed by Steamed Awabi, Uni, Kinmedai & Houbou Sashimi Strawberry Purée.
Next is a Deluxe Sushi Assortment; then King Crab Tempura with Yuzu Honey Truffle Aioli, followed by Roasted Chilean Sea Bass with Red Beet Den Miso. Next is A5 Miyazaki Wagyu with Red Chili Salsa and Ginger Soy. After Clear Soup, save room for , “Cupid Crystal” – Champagne, Apple, Rose for dessert.

For a “hearty” meal, THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill presents a 4-course dinner at HK$1,488 per person. The special menu by STEAK HOUSE Chef Chui Ming Chan starts with the “Lovers’ Salad Bar” which includes French Duck Foie Gras Terrine, Parma Ham, Smoked Scottish Salmon and Salami. This is followed by Brown Onion Soup with Gruyere Cheese “for Her” and Alaskan King Crab Bisque “for Him”. From the Charcoal Grill for the main course there is a choice of US Tenderloin (6oz), US Striploin (10oz), US Rib Eye (12oz) or Chilean Sea Bass (/ 10oz) – all served with a Potato Rose, French Cauliflower, Broccolini & Root Vegetables.

Enjoy a 3-course menu at HK$1,999 for 2 persons inclusive of two glasses of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV. The menu features an appetizer sampler of French Oyster Tartar with Miso Cucumber, Japanese Scallop with Oscietra Caviar and Dungeness Crab with Yuzu Jelly.

Our 2-Michelin star Cantonese Restaurant Yan Toh Heen offers a special 8-course set menu for two persons at HK$1,573 per person (for a minimum of two persons).
Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai’s Cantonese specialty menu includes Fresh Golden Scallop with Fruit Vinegar, Double Boiled Imperial Bird’s Nest Soup with Fish Maw and Bamboo Pith and Golden Stuffed Crab Shell with Crabmeat. This is followed by Braised Garoupa Fillet with Turnip in Bean Paste and Wok-fried Scrambled Egg with Lobster and Steamed Egg White. Next is Wok-fried Wagyu Beef with Green and White Asparagus and Fried Rice, Wrapped and Steamed in a Lotus Leaf. For dessert, Chilled Taro Pudding with Caramel Ice Cream.

On Wednesday, February 14th, indulge in Harbourside’s elaborate Seafood & Sushi Buffet Dinner with abundant seafood and sushi and our chefs presenting a tempting array of Western and Asian dishes, along with a roast carving station with prime cuts of beef, action stations and decadent desserts.
Chef Nicholas Chan is preparing "Goat Cheese Macaroon with Candy Floss" as an amuse-bouche (served per couple at each table). Some of the special dishes on the Valentine’s Dinner Buffet include Hokkaido Stuffed Crab, Stewed Fish Maw with Corn-fed Chicken, Seafood Risotto, Iberico Bone-in Ham and Oyster Thermidor. Action Stations will feature Peking Duck, Pan-seared Foie Gras with Caramelised Pineapple and Brioche, Soft Shell Crab Tempura, plus Roasted US Tomahawk Beef on the Carving Station.

On Saturday, February 10, join our Chinese Festival Class at our 2-Michelin star Yan Toh Heen and learn to make Savoury Kagoshima Daikon Pudding and Crispy Peanut & Sesame Dumplings with Yan Toh Heen Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai.
At HK$1,488 per adult, the class is from 12:15pm - 2:15pm and includes a demonstration from Chef Lau Yiu Fai,, with participants receiving a special package with an official Certificate, a “Cooking with the Culinary Stars” Apron and recipes from the chef.

Throughout the month of February, reserve our "Infinite Love Restorative & Hydrating Treatment”. This 2 hour treatment begins with an organic sand scrub, followed by a Body Wrap of Shea Butter infused with Maqui Berries.
