Slovakia ski specialist, Jasna Adventures has launched a new chalet for the 2017-18 winter season that sleeps up to 19 people. The new build property – The Dragon's Lair – will be available from December 2017 onwards and there's a host of options to suit individuals, groups and families – along with some special offers available too.

The Dragon's Lair sleeps up to 19 people in five guest rooms, all with ensuite, that include two upstairs-downstairs family rooms, a double, a triple, and a large 2+2 room – there's a fulltime chalet host, an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna and fitness area, plus a full bar downstairs.

Guests can choose whether they stay on a bed & breakfast or half-board basis. There's also a private lift shuttle service that drops off and picks up guests at the slopes in as little as eight minutes drive.

Co-owner and director of Jasna Adventures Justin Garrett said: “since we launched Jasna Adventures during the 2016-17 winter season we have been planning the Dragon's Lair and can now offer our guests exclusive chalet accommodation around the hotels and apartments we already have in the area. We believe the Dragon's Lair will be the best example of a chalet in the resort and the kind of accommodation guests from the UK expect when they travel on holiday – combine that with excellent value for money both here and on the slopes and it makes for a great reason to choose Jasna for your next ski holiday”.

Downstairs from the chalet is Bar Fakt!, a public bar run by Jasna Adventures that allows guests to have a night out without having to leave the chalet. The bar has a separate public entrance and will provide entertainment, sports coverage and bar snacks.

About Jasna

Jasna is the largest ski resort in Slovakia featuring 28 lifts and almost 50km of groomed piste with an even proportion of beginner, intermediate and advanced runs, covering over 1000 vertical meters.  There are 12 classified freeride zones linked to the resort with many accessible directly from the top station, which peaks at 2004m.  The lift system includes gondolas and covered high speed chair lifts, and magic carpets for the Ski School.  There is top to bottom snow-making.  It was a FIS World Cup venue in 2016, and hosts the annual World Freeride Tour Qualifier event, Jasna Adrenalin.
