Located on the grounds of the iconic Bundaberg Rum Distillery, the award-winning Spirit of Bundaberg Festival returns for the fourth time on Saturday 14 October.

Serving up rum-inspired food, rum cocktails, the best in local music and the latest Bundaberg Rum Distillery releases – the festival is a celebration of all that Bundaberg has to offer, bringing together locals, travellers, and food and drink lovers alike.
Festival-goers can expect flavour to be a big focus of the festival with more than 20 rum-inspired food stalls serving up dishes including pulled pork rolls with Kakadu Plum & Rum Sauce, BBQ rum sauce pork ribs, onion rings with rum dipping sauce and Bundaberg Royal Liqueur Gelato for a deliciously sweet hit.

Performing on the recently revamped grounds and visitor facilities of the Bundaberg Rum Distillery will be popular Queensland band Radio Club Band and the winner of the 2017 Bundaberg Battle of the Sounds competition. The competition, now in its second year and held in partnership with SEA FM, finds the best local talent to headline at the festival.

Festival goers will be among the first to try, and buy, the latest Bundaberg rum release, Bundaberg Rum Small Batch Silver Reserve – a premium white rum perfect for summer cocktails. The distillery store will be open for those wanting to add to their Bundaberg Rum collection with exclusive rums only found at the cellar door as well as Bundaberg Rum Solera, voted the World's Best Dark Rum at the World Rum Awards in London earlier this year.
