Travel agents can now register for Australia's biggest Hawai'i Roadshow, Aloha Down Under, which runs from 7th – 11th August.
Presented by Hawai'i Tourism Oceania, the annual roadshow regularly attracts over 600 travel agents across Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, with this year's event set to be bigger and better than ever.
Twenty-six of Hawai'i's top tourism operators including accommodation, activity and attraction suppliers will travel from the Aloha State for a series of workshops with delegates.
Australian Country Manager for Hawai'i Tourism Oceania (HTO), Kerri Anderson, said Aloha Down Under was a fantastic opportunity to hear the latest Hawai'i product news, network with Hawai'i suppliers and enjoy an evening of great food, Hawaiian entertainment and prizes.
“Aussies absolutely love Hawai'i, so much so that Australia is Hawai'i's third largest international market, which is quite astounding given our population size compared to other markets,” she said.
“Six out of ten Australians travellers to Hawai'i also book through a travel agent, so the Aloha Down Under Roadshow is the best opportunity for agents to learn how to better sell Hawai'i to clients.
“Our trade partners are as important as ever in assisting us to give travellers a compelling reason to visit Hawai'i and in showing that Hawai'i is a value-for-money destination."
The roadshow's five day program also includes a dedicated B2B function and a media event.
Attendees will enjoy live Hawaiian entertainment, cultural demonstrations, all the latest destination updates from the Hawai'i Tourism Oceania team and the opportunity to win some great Hawai'i holiday prizes.
