Let W Singapore offer you a relaxing respite under the glow of the moonlight from 17 to 27 July 2017, Mondays to Thursdays with a sumptuous variety of Cantonese favourites- baked, steamed and fried to perfection at the kitchen table. 

Dim Sum means “touch your heart” and the tradition originated in Canton like diners as small establishments littering the roadside. They served tea along with little eats for travellers or anybody who needed a place to rest. This experience then gained popularity in many cities, with Hong Kong in particular, and has now has become a meal that's shared between friends and families globally as they gather over a table of tiny plates filled with dumplings, buns and savoury pastries.

Our chefs will be serving up a roster of delightful morsels like chicken feet with black bean sauce, shrimp Har Gao - thin, translucent wrappers of wheat starch containing fresh shrimp, Siew Mai - cup-shaped dumpling holding a filling of pork, shrimp, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and water chestnuts, selections of roasted duck, pork belly, BBQ honey Kurobuta Char Siew and signature desserts like egg tarts- a flaky pastry with a soft, sweet egg custard centre.

By combining the ritual of a family meal with the kitchen table's principle of sharing and camaraderie over wholesome food and honest flavours, we provide a platform that brings people together whether home is Singapore or elsewhere in the world.
