London 20 April) Today, holiday specialist, Cosmos Tours & Cruises re-launches as Cosmos, taking a new direction as it undergoes a full rebrand to reflect the incredible choice of exciting worldwide holiday adventures it can now offer.

The new name, logo and branding design brings to life the incredible range of different travel adventures available throughout the world to make travel planning even smoother and easier for customers  to choose the holiday experience which suits them best. The rebrand applies to the whole customer journey from brochures, digital marketing, and social media to a brand new website, customer collateral and e-documentation to highlight our promise to deliver 'adventures made easy'.

A new 'Cosmos Journey Line' featured online and in the new brochure, linking different exciting aspects and highlights of the holiday are flagged up with colourful and striking imagery and helpful icons to highlight the included value and holiday highlights.

A new website, cosmos.co.uk will be launched on Monday 24 April with a totally refreshed look with an easily navigable design showcasing all the different types of worldwide holidays Cosmos now offer.    To streamline the documentation process, Cosmos now provides e-documents. As customers are keen to experience more of a destination, they can book an escorted tour and combine it with a river or ocean cruise and city break,  all packaged with return flights, overseas transfers and a private home pick up service.  

Hawke commented: “Providing total flexibility, our customers can search for different styled tours, ocean and river cruises, rail journeys, beach stays, or a combination of any.  This is a key development for us, and in the escorted touring market, it puts us ahead of many other competitors.

“As our customers become more adventurous and want to see more of the world, we're delighted to showcase our widest choice of holidays.  Those keen to experience more of Central and South America on a Cosmos adventure can now choose from our incredible new holidays to Mexico's Yucatan, the Monteverde Cloud Forest of Costa Rica, the Torres del Paine National Park in Patagonia, or even longer tours to travel through Brazil, Argentina and Chile.   That's not all, we can extend an adventure to even more aspirational places such as Easter Island, Uruguay, the Galapagos, and Guatemala.”

Cosmos Price Promise

To offer even better value, newly launched is the 'Cosmos Price Promise'.   As well as the great value prices, live flight pricing and no hidden costs, newly launched is a more flexible approach to holiday cancellation and changes.  If customers need to cancel their holiday, before balance due date, they have the choice to re-book within 12 months, without losing their deposit.

Also new is the option for customers to change holiday plans, again before balance due date, without incurring an administration fee.
