Las Vegas – Cirque du Soleil is pleased to announce the appointment of Ideas4Brand Ltd as its international representation firm in Brazil. With seven permanent resident shows based in Las Vegas, Cirque du Soleil has tasked Ideas4Brand Ltd with generating brand awareness through sales representation, as well as ancillary marketing and public relations initiatives.
For the past 24 years, Cirque du Soleil has held firm its place as Las Vegas' leader in live entertainment, and has continued to evolve and heighten the customer experience by delivering memorable experiences that integrate state-of-the-art technology, creative concepts, and awe-inspiring human performance.
Currently, Brazil serves as the number four source of overseas visitation to Las Vegas, and therefore remains a highly-important market for international initiatives. This new venture with overseas representation demonstrates Cirque du Soleil's understanding of the value of the Brazilian traveler.
“Cirque du Soleil is an international brand that transcends language and cultural barriers, and it is only fitting that we invest our resources with in-market experts abroad,” said Jerry Nadal, senior vice president of the Resident Shows Division for Cirque du Soleil.
Ideas4Brand Ltd headed by its Director, Maria Camilla Alcorta, will look after travel trade product development, contracting and training and will build and support more direct relationships with key wholesale partners as well as grow interest in the Cirque resident shows in Las Vegas.
The Ideas4Brand Ltd team will also work with consumer and trade journalists as well as media influencers to educate and generate awareness on the unique resident show products that, unlike touring shows, can only be seen in their permanent and elaborate custom-built theatres in Las Vegas.
