Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Sydney will be showcasing Amazing Thailand at Flight Centre Travel Group's Travel Expo, which tours Australia from 22 January to 5 March.

Travel Expo is Australia's biggest and most diverse travel expo, visiting 13 cities around the country. It is held annually over the months of January, February and March.

The expo always attracts a big crowd of people with the diverse exhibitors including air, land, cruise and rail suppliers; as well as tourism bodies; hotels and attractions from around the world. Visitors can explore the best travel deals and get information on a wide range of destinations in one go.

TAT will showcase Thailand in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, which all have direct flights to Thailand, and with an aim to penetrate new markets, will also exhibit in smaller cities such as Darwin where Silk Air operates indirect flights to Thailand via Singapore.

Visitors are encouraged to stop by the TAT stand at their closest expo for useful travel advice, brochures, maps and general tourist information about Thailand, such as the best times to go, timings for festivals and lesser-known destinations.
