This November and December, diners are invited to ride on a gastronomic journey in Spanish style at Bar on 15 located on the top floor of New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel, against the backdrop of the world-famous Victoria Harbour, with a special kick-off “Spanish Night” on 28 October.

On 28 October, from 6 to 9 p.m., Bar on 15 will pamper diners with an impressive array of Spanish fare.  A whole leg of 36-month Iberico Ham Racebo will be carved-to-order by Mr. Felipe Benito, the owner of a well-established ham producer La Prudencia in Spain. At a price of HKD188 per person, diners can savour unlimited servings of the freshly carved Iberico Ham, accompanied with assorted Spanish cold cuts and appetisers, such as Iberico Bellota Chorizo, Chorizo Sarta, Iberico Bellota Salchichon, Longaniza Iberica, Artisan Picos Bread, Kikos, Anchodina, as well as free-flowing Sangria made with brandy, red wine, orange juice, lemon soda and fresh fruit, topped with homemade sangria foam.

In November and December, patrons can enjoy a plate of the 36-month old Iberico Ham Racebo with a glass of Sangria at HKD208 at Bar on 15.

All prices are subject to 10 percent service charge. Discount privileges do not apply to the price of unlimited servings of ham, appetisers and Sangria on 28 October.
