I believe Chef Wo will bring the extraordinary dining experience to our YEN's guests.”

“Taiwan is real a Formosa island.” shared by Chef Wo Hoi Ming. “In the past months, I've found abundant and authentic ingredients, from succulent seafood to various vegetables in Taiwan. These inspire me to create the Cantonese cuisine with the touch from Taiwan which will win over the local foodies' taste buds.

The lavish “Baked Australian abalone with Himalayan rock salt” is a YEN's exclusive dish of a 500-gram fresh wild abalone sitting on an oversize imported crystal pink rock salt. “TaiChi-crab meat seafood soup and bird's nest chicken soup” is an oriental-style work of art with the rich soup of Taiwan crab and the best bird's nest from Indonesia. The dinners could also taste the Michelin-starred dish:  “Wok fried Australian M9 Wagyu beef with Shiromaitake mushroom, Japanese green pepper.” The Chef's recommendations include “Steamed mud crab claw, egg white with aged Huadiao wine,”  “Penghu tiger prawns seared in Chardonnay white wine sauce,” “Steamed Penghu lobster with egg white, ham and bird's nest,” “Cantonese style seared cod filet with crispy mushroom,” and “Rice noodle with clam and luffa in superior braised lobster stock.”

Chef Wo has crafted his cooking skills for more than 28 years and worked at many renowned restaurants in the world, from Lei Garden in Hong Kong, Rice Empire at Sands Cotai Cental in Macau, Crystal Jade Golden Palace in Singapore & Thailand, and Tai Thong restaurant in Malaysia.
