Starline Tours

The first stop for any first-time visitor to Los Angeles, but especially International visitors, is a Grand Tour of Los Angeles. This 5 ½ hour comprehensive tour, in comfortable, air-conditioned motor coaches with personal headsets provides narration in 9 languages:  English, Spanish, Mandarin, French, Portuguese, Korean, German, Japanese and Italian.  The tour showcases everything from moviemaking landmarks to architectural masterworks, historic treasures, attractions and neighborhoods, such as the Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Hollywood sign, Melrose Avenue, Sunset Strip, Chinatown and Olvera Street – the birthplace of Los Angeles. Passengers disembark throughout the tour for photos, and there is ample time for lunch and shopping at the Original Farmers Market and The Grove shopping area.  The tour begins at the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. ($74 adult, $61 youth 3-11)

All Starline CitySightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off buses and routes have fully narrated tour details in English, Spanish, Mandarin, French, Portuguese, Korean, German, Japanese and Italian. Individual headsets are provided to all passengers to learn more about the city and its iconic attractions, or just ride along and enjoy the sunshine and scenery without narration.  A popular option is the 48-hour Hop-On Hop-Off ticket which doubles as a tour and transportation without having to hire a car and find parking in Los Angeles.  Passengers may board at any stop and purchase tickets from the driver. Major New Attraction to open on Starline's Hop-On Hop-Off Downtown Route OUE Skyspace LA is the Tallest open-air Observation deck in California

Downtown L.A.'s U.S. Bank Tower has developed an open-air rooftop viewing deck nearly 1,000 feet above downtown Los Angeles on the 69th and 70th floors, offering visitors a unique 360-degree view of the city.  The OUE Skyspace LA opens June 25.

Starline Bundles Hop-On Hop-Off Transportation and Warner Bros. tickets with expansion of Blue Route permanent stop

Starline offers the Warner Bros. VIP Tour including transportation to and from the studio from the Hollywood Walk of Fame's Chinese Theatre, as well as admission to the Warner Bros. lot and a guided tour of the production facilities.  Experienced, engaging and knowledgeable tour leaders provide insights into the world of Hollywood film and television production.   Highlights include sets used in Hollywood blockbusters such as Spiderman and Gremlins, scenes and sets from Seinfeld, True Blood and Pretty Little Liars, and the sound stages of popular shows including The Ellen Show, Late Night with Conan O'Brien and The Big Bang Theory.  A recreated “Central Perk” Friends set allows a photo opportunity on the show's famous couch.  Small groups of 12 preserve the VIP experience.  ($109 adult, $99 youth 3-11) The new stop begins in July 2016.

An Anticipation of Disney's Star Wars Attraction, Starline's Anaheim Terminal Connects Disney-goers to Hollywood for a Day Tour

Excitement builds as Disneyland creates the highly anticipated 14-acre “Star Wars” land, an eventual lovefest for Star Wars and Disney fans. Popular Movie Locations Tours Adds Second Custom Bus

After two years in development and a highly successful run for the TCM Channel's 20th Anniversary sold out tour, Starline launched our own exclusive 3-Hour Movie Locations Tour. This tour features clips of movies shot on locations in and around Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles (LA's prime filming location). Movie clips are shown on a 65” Screen in a new custom bus with stadium seating and panoramic windows.  The new vehicle is slightly more spacious than the original bus and 72” screen.

Starline Rolls to Events with Moving Box Office, Launches New Website

Starline has added a moving box office to locations around LA to take the box office to the crowds. Like a food truck mentality, the moving box office will be at Farmers Markets, Art Walks, Outdoor sporting events, and more promoting Starline's offerings in Hollywood, Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Marina Del Rey and Malibu. Starline Tours' Hollywood Terminal and Welcome Center at Hollywood & Highland Shopping Center Serves One Million Visitors

Located in the heart of the action, the new, improved and expanded Starline Hollywood terminal, developed in conjunction with Hollywood & Highland, the new Terminal and Welcome Center allows for faster and smoother processing of Starline passengers. Now in its second year, Starline Tours has assisted over a million visitors from this terminal location. The location is often used for television and movie scenes.

Handicap Access for all Starline Tours

All Starline Tours vehicles are handicapped accessible (the company is fully ADA compliant). Every Starline CitySightseeing Bus is handicapped accessible, with space for two wheelchairs on each bus.
