The hotel's Café One, loved for many years for its fine selection of buffet and a la carte offerings, is getting a full make over, a new personality and a new name.

On June 2016, the restaurant will open as PLAYT. Urban chic, colourful, inventive and interactive best describe the new experience. The open kitchen theatre will serve international delights ranging from fresh seafood to carvery and foie gras. Spanish suckling pig, Turkish pizza and Indian tandoori will be freshly made from an authentic wood-fired oven. In addition, a wide selection of dim sum, sushi and a host of Pan Asian favourites will spoil one for choice while PLAYT's signature dessert, our home-made gelato, is a perfect way to cap a sumptuous meal.

Located right next to the greenery of Victoria Park, PLAYT will offer a playful all-day dining experience.
