Looking for a spectacular Sunday Champagne Brunch with stunning harbourviews? At Harbourside, free-flowing Perrier-Joüet Champagne, beer, wine, fresh juices and soft drinks are just the start of Hong Kong's most elaborate Sunday Brunch, with hand-made sushi and freshly sliced sashimi and a selection of chilled fresh seafood including lobster. Enjoy dishes prepared à la minute at “action stations with pan-fried foie gras and grilled seafood (lobster, sea bass, calamari and prawns) and a 9 layer Korean Seafood Tower. Enjoy three kinds of Baked Oysters, plus Eggs Benedict, a selection of Asian dishes, plus a carving station with long-bone USDA Prime Beef, Rack of Lamb, BBQ Ham with Honey and Roasted Chicken. The buffet also includes a Charcuterie Selection with 12 kinds of cheese from France and the finest ham and salami from Italy and Spain.
A decadent dessert buffet includes crepes made-to-order and a chocolate fountain, plus an extravagant assortment of freshly baked pastries and cakes.

Spend a relaxing Sunday at SPOON by Alain Ducasse. The 1-Michelin star / Forbes Travel Guide 5-star SPOON by Alain Ducasse offers a sophisticated, yet leisurely, all-inclusive lunch. Take in the panoramic harbour view, as you begin your “SPOON Discovery” with a selection of high quality, homemade, artisanal brunch and lunch dishes by by our SPOON Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina and Pastry Chef Oliver Lannes.
First, Viennoiseries and homemade bakery items are served with farm fresh cottage cheese, jam and honey, plus homemade organic muesli. Next is a selection of homemade bread and bordier butter, served with organic eggs prepared any style (with black truffle, fresh herbs, wild mushrooms, green vegetables or organic bacon) and served with French Iberico Ham and Pickles and homemade Salmon Gravlax. For the main course, enjoy choice of either Meat, Steamed Seafood or our Oven-baked Cookpot of cereal and local seasonal vegetables.
Next is a selection of matured French cheese and crushed condiments, followed by fresh mixed berries and seasonal sorbet. Last but not least, is a selection of Paris-Parisiennes by Pastry Chef Oliver Lannes (with sugar-free and gluten-free options).
The SPOON Sunday Lunch is inclusive of a welcome glass of Alain Ducasse Champagne or Burgey “Cerdon” (an exclusive rosé sparkling wine by Bernard Rondeau), followed by wine with lunch (with a choice of 2 white wines and 2 red wines selected by Chief Sommelier Mathieu Ginglardi), plus fresh juices or mocktails and freshly brewed coffee or tea.

Every Saturday and Sunday, our popular STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill offers an All-American themed Semi-buffet Weekend Lunch showcasing the finest meat, freshly seared on the charcoal grill. Begin the meal with the elaborate Salad Bar, followed by Lobster Bisque with vegetables. Next choose one of 10 main courses prepared à la minute on the charcoal grill. Save room for the tempting dessert buffet, which features a decadent selection by the hotel's Executive Pastry Chef Cyril Dupuis.
