A WEALTH OF LUXURY OFFERINGS FROM JAMAICA THIS YEAR
The beautiful island of Jamaica is already home to a vast collection of luxurious properties. This year will see a number of exciting additions and renovations to the existing portfolio.
- Moon Palace Jamaica Grande sets the standard in luxurious, all-inclusive resort accommodations. Fresh off a multi-million pound enhancement, the stunning property, which opened last September, is the first Palace Resorts hotel located outside of Mexico. The resort lies on 17-acres of glorious white sand on the longest stretch of private beach in Ocho Rios.
- The newly renovated adults-only Couples Sans Souci is nestled into the cliffs, just on the outskirts of Ocho Rios and offers 150 luxury suites. The concept of the resort is relaxation with closeness to nature unparalleled.
- The Cliff, on the West End in Negril, opened late 2015. The property embodies the warm Jamaican hospitality, untainted luxury and a carefree lifestyle that offers the ultimate escape from the outside world. With the mesmerising Caribbean Sea and renowned sunsets as its backdrop, The Cliff boasts 33 suites and cottages – including two stylish one bedroom cottages as well as an expansive four bedroom and a five bedroom cottage.
- The Sugar Mill restaurant at Half Moon resort, located in Montego Bay will re-open after renovation in February 2016. The Sugar Mill is an award-winning establishment having been named 'Restaurant of the Year' in the Jamaica Observer 2014 Food Awards. Renowned as having the world's finest beef, with its distinctive flavour and melt in the mouth tenderness, Wagyu beef will be made available for the first time in Jamaica on Sugar Mill's exciting menu created by its Jamaican executive chef, Christopher Golding.
- Properties including Royalton White Sands, Sensatori and Bahia Principe are also adding rooms.
