Bespoke Brazil, the UK's only niche Brazil travel specialist, says that Olympics fever is already underway and that sales are soaring ahead of next year's Olympics, held in Rio de Janeiro.
Simon Williams, Founder and Director of Bespoke Brazil, says, "Brazil as a destination has never been more popular. We've seen a 35% rise in bookings during the latter half of 2015, purely for travel to coincide with the Olympics during August 2016.
"Our current projections are that sales to Brazil for travel during the Olympics period will represent half of our entire annual business during 2016, a slightly increased percentage to the sales boom that preceded the World Cup two years ago, he says.
That the Olympics coincide with what Simon describes as 'the perfect storm' of natural events make it an ideal time to visit, not just for sports fans.
Summer is the best time of year to spot both Jaguars (Brazil has the highest concentration of Jaguars in the world) and whales (off the southern coast). The Pantanal is experiencing its dry season making it ideal for families wanting to wildlife spot. July and August also mark start of kite and windsurfing season, where the world's best head to Jericoacoara a.k.a. 'Jeri', Prea and Cumbuco, whilst late August and September are the best months to go diving in Fernando de Noronha, with Baia do Sancho beach rated as the best beach in the world for two years running by Trip Advisor.

HOTELS
If you obtained tickets by yourself then you would need a hotel to accompany them. At the moment very few hotels have released availability for the Olympic period as most hotel rooms in Rio are under the control of the IOC.
Bespoke Brazil has access to some hotels in the city as well as lots of excellent apartment options.
