Located at 413 Canterbury Road, the recently developed 400sqm space features ample natural light, on-site parking, flexible layout options and prominent location on Canterbury Road, just metres from Chatham.

Gianni Macdonald of CBRE negotiated the agreement on behalf of Able Australia. The tenant committed to a 5 year term, on an initial rental of approximately $240 per sqm.

Mr Macdonald said the combination of building quality and desirable location appealed to the tenant.
