Hiroshima Oyster & Sake Fest

Saboten Japanese Cutlet

Hiroshima is home to some of the finest oysters and sake. Saboten imports the best quality oysters from its sole supplier in Edashima Island of Hiroshima, and selects premium sake from the same region to complement the enjoyment of fried oyster and sake pairing. Launched concurrently with Japan branches, the “Hiroshima Oyster & Sake Fest” menu is available at both Causeway Bay and Tsimshatsui outlets from 1 September until late October.

Located at the South West of Japan main island, Edashima Island in Hiroshima is surrounded by the calm and nourishing fresh waters flown from Seto Inland Sea. Such prime and nutrient-rich farming environment prospers the growth of oysters and makes it the recognized source of the highest quality oysters in Japan.

Directly imported from its sole supplier in Edashima Island, Saboten presents the freshest and authentic taste of Hiroshima oysters. Every piece of oysters is battered with Saboten's homemade breadcrumbs and fried to perfection. Enjoy the taste of the premium Hiroshima sake “Hakuko Ginjo Yoi” at special price with any order of fried oyster delicacies to complement the dining experience. Made with Hiroshima-grown Hattan Rice, the sake has a complex yet light, clean character with a slightly dry finish.
