(Macao, Aug. 3, 2015) – Lifestyle magazine Wine Spectator has once again awarded five restaurants at Sands Resorts Cotai Strip Macao and Sands Macao for their wine lists. Canton, North and Portofino at The Venetian® Macao as well as Conrad Macao's Dynasty 8 at Sands® Cotai Central received the Best of Award of Excellence, while Sands® Macao's Copa Steakhouse received the Award of Excellence. These latest accolades come hot on the heels of awards from the 2015 China Wine List Awards.

North, the restaurant known for its open kitchen and pulled noodle demonstrations, and Chinese fine-dining restaurant Canton bothreceived theBest of Award of Excellence for the third consecutive year. Dynasty 8, Conrad Macao's signature Chinese restaurant at Sands Cotai Central earned the Best of Award of Excellence for the second year in a row. Finally, one of the best steakhouses in Macao and Hong Kong, Copa Steakhouse at Sands Macao once again garnered the Award of Excellence this year.

Founded in 1976,Wine Spectator magazine in 1981 introduced its Restaurant Awards programme to review wine lists. Its Restaurant Wine List Awards recognize restaurants which offer interesting selections of wines　that are appropriate to their cuisines and appeal to a wide range of wine lovers.
