MCLEAN, Va. – Hilton Worldwide continues to roll out the welcome mat offering new and renovated hotels in The Americas that provide guests with the latest technology, accommodations and comfort.

Northeast US

New York Hilton Midtown: Manhattan's largest hotel is undergoing a multi-phase, multi-million dollar renovation set to be completed by 2016. The Executive Level has been completed and the ballroom, which is the largest in the city, is set to finish at the end of August.

Hilton Cleveland/Downtown: The largest hotel project in downtown Cleveland, Hilton Cleveland/Downtown, broke ground and is scheduled to open in 2016.

Southeast US

Guest visiting the Washington, D.C. area, may want to consider the recently renovated DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC-Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia. The hotel is in the final stretch of a $25 million dollar renovation of the 631-room property located in this urban neighborhood in the southeastern corner of Arlington County, Virginia, south of downtown Washington, D.C.

DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte is currently undergoing a renovation of their public space.  As a result, they will have a new restaurant called “Libations Kitchen & Bar” offering full-service breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a grab 'n go concept and Starbucks We Proudly Brew.

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort has finished renovations of their oceanfront restaurant - Cafe Amalfi as well as added a new Grab and Go Cafe in the lobby of the resort.  The oceanfront restaurant is a perfect spot to relax with a quite bit or snack and enjoy the setting.

Hilton Miami Airport completed a $25 million refurbishment of the tropical lush property surrounded by a lagoon and looked minutes from any neighborhood in Miami.  

Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort has launched BalQony, a sophisticated lounge and premiere event venue overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in Fort Lauderdale.  BalQony offers dramatic views from the 4th floor of the resort with enticing food and beverage selections in the perfect location.

The newest landmark in the luxury playground of sunny Fort Lauderdale, Conrad Fort Lauderdale, is an inspired and sophisticated 290-room beach resort.  With an anticipated opening of February 2016, guests will invigorate with world-class dining, elegant and innovative meeting and event experiences, alluring vistas from the pool deck and personal serenity in the grandeur of the spa. 

Embassy Suites Fort Lauderdale located near Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale International Airport completed a renovation of their 12 story atrium, guest corridors, and lobby and event space late last year.

Hilton West Palm Beach, connected to the Palm Beach County Convention Center is expected to open early in 2016 and will offer 400 refined and contemporary guestrooms including 25 stylish suites, an expansive and lush pool deck accented with cabanas and an outdoor fire pit, a bountiful state-of-the-art fitness center, an eclectic and curated art program as well as energetic food & beverage program including a lobby bar, restaurant & lounge and poolside bar and grill.  

Embassy Suites Tampa – Downtown Convention Center is undergoing a guest room refresh that will be completed by the end of the year. All 360 suites will have a fresh look that includes new carpet, parlor furniture and guestroom accessories.

Hilton Americas-Houston's recently-opened Pappasito's Cantina is joined by the newly rebranded upscale casual dining restaurant 1600 Bar+Grille, bringing farm-fresh ingredients to the menu for a just-picked flavor. The hotel's Lobby Bar will be renovated this year and a new concept Starbucks will be added to the ground-floor east lobby.

Western US

The original desert hideaway, La Quinta Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort has been a haven to Hollywood stars since it first opened in 1926. Now a multi-million dollar restoration revives the luster of this iconic resort with a fresh, modern look in line with the property's storied history and serene desert surroundings. The resort-wide renovation encompasses upgrades of all guest casitas, followed by a redesign of the villas, main lobby and public spaces, and a re-imagined pool experience. The ambitious project also infuses the resort's lush 45 acres with a bevy of additional bougainvilleas, roses and citrus trees, which guests have long enjoyed while strolling the grounds.

The legendary Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort has re-mastered guest rooms and suites, meeting spaces, ballrooms, pre-function rooms, spa and salon, as well as the prohibition-era “speakeasy,” with a sophisticated look that recalls the seductive style of the resort's early years. The multi-million-dollar renovation created modern and refined accommodations with posh new interior décor and enhanced technology to accommodate the needs of today's well-connected travelers, while preserving the historic Frank Lloyd Wright architectural style that distinguishes the “Jewel of the Desert.”

The iconic Hilton San Francisco Union Square unveils a multi-million dollar redesign of 575 Tower 1 guestrooms and suites, including the addition of 11 rooms. Bringing the hotel's inventory to 1919 rooms, this renovation is the second phase of a several billion dollar project. Featuring a minimalist, fresh design with dark woods, sleek furniture, plush beds and ocean-inspired colors, the new guest room design in Tower 1 offers stunning views of San Francisco's skyline as the focal point through picture-frame style windows.

Hilton Anaheim, the largest hotel in The Anaheim Resort District and one of the largest in the region with 1,572 guestrooms and 100,000 square feet of meeting space, recently engaged leading designers to create more intimate and comfortable areas for guests to enjoy within the larger public spaces. The enhancements include a new Chef's Table designed by HGTV's host and architect, John Gidding as well as a revitalized Mix lobby lounge space and Starbucks® coffee shop.

Hawaii

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort's Diamond Head Tower has completed a six month, $21 million renovation of its 17-story Diamond Head Tower. The top-to-bottom transformation includes the refurbishment of all 380 guest rooms and suites, corridors and a refreshed lobby. Hilton's Diamond Head Tower offers both sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and resort views overlooking the village's 22 acres of lush, tropical gardens. The location provides direct access to more than 90 shops and services and 20 restaurants, lounges and bars on Hilton's campus, as well as Duke Kahanamoku Beach, named America's Best Beach in 2014 by Dr. Stephen P. Leatherman of Florida International University.

Hilton Waikoloa Village has continued improving Hawaii Island's preeminent resort through updates and renovations with 175,000 square feet of newly refurbished meeting and convention function areas..

Makai at Hilton Waikoloa Village: After undergoing a $15 million renovation that transformed all the Lagoon Tower rooms and suites, MAKAI was introduced.  Makai is a fresh modern concept, which features enhanced rooms in the coveted Lagoon Tower with elegant upgrades to the furnishings, linens and bathrooms. Every MAKAI guest enjoys personalized service, priority reservations and exclusive amenities.
