New York Hilton Midtown                                      

NEWS:As Manhattan's largest hotel, the property recently completed the first phase of an ambitious multi-million dollar, multi-phase room refurbishment program incorporating full wireless capabilities, major renovations to the meetings spaces and executive level room refurbishment, with more over-the-top renovations to come.

FUN FACT: John Lennon wrote the lyrics to his classic song, “Imagine” on New York Hilton stationery and the hotel has been featured in many major motion pictures over the years including American Gangster starring Denzel Washington. 

Waldorf Astoria New York              

NEWS: This spring, the Waldorf Astoria New York will expand its famed 20th floor rooftop garden and beehive sanctuary. More than doubling in size with enhanced planting opportunities, the Top of the Waldorf Rooftop Honey and garden ingredients will continue to be featured in culinary dishes, cocktails and even Guerlain Spa treatments. The generous expansion will also allow for a private reception space (great for groups!) and airy locale for culinary demonstrations. The hotel also plans to partner with Empire Brewing from the Finger Lakes to create a new summer-focused beer as well as Waldorf Buzz honey beer for fall.

FUN FACT: The Towers of the Waldorf Astoria (the intimate, richly appointed hotel occupying the top floors of the Waldorf Astoria New York) has hosted every American president since Herbert Hoover in the four-bedroom Presidential Suite, was the former Park Ave home to the Duke and Duchess of Windsor in the majestic Royal Suite, and hosted legendary musician Cole Porter as he wrote most of his famous lyrics – leading to the naming of the Cole Porter Suite, where Frank and Barbara Sinatra later lived.

Hilton Hawaiian Village

NEWS: The resort recently completed a $21 million renovation of its 17-story Diamond Head Tower, upgraded Bali Steak & Seafood and Paradise Lounge, Tapa Bar and the main lobby and arrival experience. For a more upscale experience, the resort recently renovated the Ali'i Tower, meaning royalty in Hawaiian, and boasts its own lobby, concierge, private pool and bar and library.

FUN FACT: The resort is home to Waikiki's largest pool spanning 10,000-square-foot and Waikiki's longest resort pool slide at 77 feet. Each year, guests enjoy approximately 136,540 Mai Tais, Hawaii's signature drink. The hotel is also home to the world's tallest mosaicwith 16,000 hand-painted ceramic tiles on two sides of the 31-story Rainbow Tower.

Hilton Waikoloa Village

NEWS: Offering a boutique hotel experience, Makai at Lagoon Tower offers a VIP experience with personalized service. Featuring renovated rooms, guests who upgrade to Makai enjoy exclusive benefits such as a dedicated check-in, preferred reservations, private cabana, in-room amenities such as customized robes and beach bag, cultural turndown, private concierge, and much more.

FUN FACT: More than 1,800 pieces of art from around the world, valued at $15 million, are on display in the one-mile Museum Walkway. The Kona Pool is one of the most revered in Hawaii, with a 175-foot waterslide, waterfalls, grottos and sand-bottom area. The saltwater canal that crosses the resort is home to hundreds of exotic fish including barracudas and Hawaii's state fish.

Hilton Chicago

NEWS: Hilton Chicago is currently completely a $150 million renovation project which includes the transformation of guest rooms to blend the classic architecture with a new and contemporary style. This spring, the property will debut an interactive historical display in the lobby highlighting the hotel's storied past. As a Historic Hotel of America, the property is often used as a filming location, serving as the backdrop for the hit show Empire and movies such as My Best Friend's Wedding, The Fugitive, The Little Fockers and Home Alone II: Lost in New York.

FUN FACT: The hotel is home to the Conrad Suite, also known as the “Midwest White House,” as every president since Reagan has been a guest in the suite. The two-story suite recently receive a $1.8 million renovation complete with dark parquet floors, a Carrara Gold marble fireplace, and each of thethree bedrooms have their own bathrooms along with freestanding bathtubs, private dressing rooms and nightcap bar.

Hilton Chicago O'Hare

NEWS:As the only hotel directly connected to O'Hare's domestic terminals through underground walkways, Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel has introduced Day Use Rooms including complimentary in-room Wi-Fi and fitness center access available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM starting at $79 on weekends and $99 on weekdays.

FUN FACT: Located in the No Fly zone, the property offers Runway View guest rooms that provide an excellent view of take-offs and landings, as well as blackout curtains and sound-resistant windows.

Hilton San Francisco Union Square

NEWS: Undergoing a multi-million renovation, the property recently updated many of its guest rooms, offering great views of the San Francisco skyline, with minimalist, contemporary design featuring woods and cool, ocean-inspired colors that reflect the air of the City by the Bay.

FUN FACT: The hotel is removing water bottles from guest rooms and recently installed hydration stations throughout the property to help offset the negative impact water bottles have on our environment. Each hydration station has a counter indicating how many plastic bottles are eliminated from landfill. At the end of 2014, over 60,000 one-use plastic bottles were saved in just a few months. 

Hilton New Orleans Riverside

NEWS: This summer, the hotel will unveil Public Belt, a modern day speakeasy named for the rail system brought to the city at the turn of the century. Featuring candle-lit rooms and live jazz, Public Belt will be a place for connecting and unwinding with signature cocktails and beverages from the Prohibition era.

FUN FACT: The property is directly connected to The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk, the nation's first upscale outlet mall in a downtown setting with over 75 retailers and restaurants.

Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

NEWS: The 1,000-room Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek has recently opened MYTH Bar, a stylish, gathering spot which re-imagines the hotel lobby bar experience. Guests are inspired to tell stories and create memories as well as interact in the open space lobby area also overlooking the pool and golf course.

FUN FACT: MYTH Bar has an extensive menu of specialty cocktails which brings to life the story of the Bonnet Sisters whose images grace the ceiling above the new gathering space off the lobby.   The "Campfire," made of High West Whiskey, Sweet Water, Choco Bitters and garnished with Roasted Marshmallow, brings memories back of gathering around a roaring campfire as a favorite pastime of the Bonnet Sisters during their summers spent languishing beside enchanted waters.  The "Water Goddess," with Herb Infused Vodka, Dry Champagne, shaken, not stirred and garnished with caviar-stuffed olives, takes one back to the Bonnet Sisters swimming, swearing they were goddesses of the water, a rumor they would not refute. 

Waldorf Astoria Orlando

NEWS:The luxury resort is buzzing and has infused homegrown signature ingredients into a series of signature treatments at the Waldorf Astoria Spa. The new menu has several sweet offerings that focus on locally farmed Tupelo Honey and its many health benefits.

FUN FACT: Waldorf Astoria Orlando was the first newly built Waldorf Astoria property since the original Waldorf was opened on the same day 82 years before. Since then, the property has received more than 45 “best” awards including Conde Nest Traveler Gold List, Travel & Leisure World's Best, U.S. News & World Report on Travel, Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence and Hilton's own Connie Award.
