The highly anticipated Ibis Mackay will be the only hotel located in the Mackay Airport precinct – a well-connected gateway to the Mackay, Isaac and Whitsundays region - and the first purpose-built international standard economy hotel in Mackay.

In addition to its 152 guest rooms and convenient airport address, the new Ibis hotel will also feature a restaurant and bar, gymnasium, Wi-Fi coverage and a large tavern on the ground floor to cater to the needs of travellers in transit and the surrounding Paget industrial area.
When it opens in June, it will join a network of over 60 ibis hotels in Australia and more than 1,600 worldwide.
