Among the shops scheduled to open are CH Carolina Herrera, The Cheesecake Factory, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Pandora and Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th. The open-air shopping center, located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, will also welcome such popular brands like All Saints, Bally, Citizen and Under Armour.
