Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas is pleased to announce the appointment of Sascha Hemmann as the new General Manager of Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villa Resort & Spa.

Tucked discreetly at the base of a lush mountain, amongst towering coconut palms and just steps away from the powdery sands of Thong Nai Pan Noi beach, Anantara Rasananda is a calming oasis comprised of pool suites and villas.

Mr. Hemmann joins the resort after a successful five year run with Capella Hotel Group, acting as Hotel Manager and General Manager at Capella Hotels in Singapore, China and the USA.

Born in Germany and completing his studies at the College of Tourism & Hotel Management in Berlin, Mr. Hemmann has enjoyed a fruitful career in hotels across the world. He brings over twenty years' experience working with a number of hotel brands including The Ritz, London; Four Seasons, Berlin; One&Only, Maldives and Dusit Thani, Dubai.
