            Lifestyle also added two new state-of-the-art health and wellness Spas in Puerto Plata and Punta Cana, and a new adventure activity center in 2014 to its expansive Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic resort. The Ying Yang Health & Wellness Spa helps Members and guests feel vital, healthy and young through the use of natural therapies, healthy nutrition, non-invasive aesthetic medicine, preventive medicine and anti-aging techniques.  Featured body treatments include nutrition body wrap, detoxifying body wrap, firming, reducing and toning body wraps.  A wide variety of massages to enhance the body's ability to boost the immune system include relaxing, deep tissue, relieving, detox, premium detox, cranio-cervical, lymphatic drainage, circulatory, slimming Shiatsu and reflexology.
