Two Michelin Starred Chef Raoul Reichrath Invite You to Join the Michelin Star Chef Promotion at Riva and the Deck

Michellin Star Chef Raoul Reichrath has worked in some of the finest restaurants kitchens in Belgium, Mexico and France before striking out on his own and becoming owner of Le Grand Pré and adjoining Bistro Preface

 

Chef Reichrath believes that the art of cooking is to elevate the ingredients out of the dish. His philosophy is very simple: use only seasonal products, few ingredients, and always look for the perfect cooking temperature.

 

Chef Reichrath will bring this culinary essence and philosophy to The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel with his special A-la carte menu, along with his special five-course dinner menu, which features many of his famous signature dishes “Seared Foie Gras”, “Mixed Grill” and “Black Truffle Ice Cream”. Chef Reichrath will be assisted by Riva's own Heinz Funhoff and team.
